How to solve the low strength of plaster mortar?

How to solve the hollowing and cracking of wall mortar layer?

The hollowing and cracking of the mortar layer, excluding the main wall structure problem, is mostly caused by the mortar strength being too high, that is, the amount of cement used in the cement-sand ratio is too large. The higher the wall mortar strength, the more and more obvious the cracks are.
The hollowing of the mortar layer generally refers to the poor adhesion between the wall base and the plaster mortar layer, or the delamination caused by insufficient density of the plaster mortar.

Repair method:

(1) Clean the loose sand and dust on the wall surface. Stir the sand and wall desanding repair liquid evenly. Then spray it on the wall. Make the wall fully moist and prevent it from flowing away.
For plaster walls with moderate or severe desanding, spray the second coat after 30 minutes (the interval is 10-20 minutes for fast absorption and penetration, and the specific situation is subject to on-site testing).
Check after 8 hours. If the local effect is not achieved, analyze the cause or spray the material for the third time.
(2) For the problem of sand peeling caused by weathering over time, cement failure in plaster mortar (or cement content is too low) or excessive sand and soil content. Such situations will affect the “sand clean” effect. Such walls need to remove the old plaster layer. Re-plaster.
