Precautions

2.Strictly control the dosage at 0.1%-0.5%. Excess HEC leads to overly high drilling fluid viscosity and increased pump pressure load.
3.Sprinkle HEC slowly into the stirring system during dissolution to prevent agglomeration, which impairs its performance in drilling fluids.
4.Avoid contact with strong oxidants, as they may cause HEC molecular chain breakage and functional failure.
